Service Description

Hello - this course is 4 weeks due to Leela not being around after that (:. This course is for people committed to a deeper experience of yoga and meditation. Hatha yoga is traditionally seen as a pathway to meditation. In this class you will experience the ease of meditating following a carefully designed session of hatha yoga. You need to have some experience, such as completion of SHYAM's Foundation Yoga course. Each course will have a theme and you may have the chance to learn more advanced techniques of hatha yoga e.g. mudras and bandhas, while developing your understanding and practice of raja yoga e.g. meditation. You'll develop your asana and pranayama to higher stages. Yoga nidra will be given at a deeper level. Meditations will be extended and different types will be explored. Yogic themes will be integrated into the practices. Concession price ($90 by direct deposit) available - you need to show us your concession card. Please email your inquiry to us at hello@shyam.net.au
